Hawaiian Wedding Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 large can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
2 large boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 12 oz. bowl Cool Whip
1 7 oz. bag coconut
Use a 13X9" or larger pan for this cake. Bake cake according to box directions.
While cake is cooling, prepare pudding according to
box directions.
Whip Cool Whip and cream cheese together until smooth. Brown coconut in 2
tablespoons butter. Let cake cool completely. Leave in
pan.
Spread crushed pineapple over cake, juice and all. Then spread prepared pudding
over pineapple. Spread Cool Whip/cream cheese
mixture over pudding.
Sprinkle browned coconut over top of Cool Whip mixture. Cover and keep
refrigerated.
