Peanut Butter Zucchini Cake

1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
1 (8 1/2 Oz.) crushed pineappple, undrained
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups zucchini, peeled, shredded
1/2 cup raisins

Thoroughly mix eggs, peanut butter, oil and sugar in large bowl. Add
pineapple. Gradually blend in dry ingredients, then stir in zucchini and
raisins. Place in greased and floured 9 x13 pan, Bake at 350* for 45 to
55 minutes. Serve with cream if desired.
