Philadelphia New York Cheesecake

Ingredients:
        1 cup crushed Honey Maid Graham
        3 Tbsps. sugar
        3 Tbsps. butter, softened
        5 pkgs. Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
        1 cup sugar
        3 Tbsps. flour
        1 Tbsp. vanilla
        1 cup sour cream
        4 eggs
        1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling


Preparation:
1)      Preheat oven to 325. Mix crumbs, 3 Tbsps. sugar and
butter, press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking
pan. Bake 10 minutes.

2)      Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, flour, and vanilla
in a large bowl with mixer on medium speed until well
blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, one at a
time, mixing on low speed after each addition just
until blended. Pour over crust.

3)      Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool
completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Top with pie filling before serving.
