Pumkin Chocolate Chip Cake
3 cups flour
2 tsps. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsps. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup salad oil
3 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 cups pumpkin
1 large bag of chocolate chips
Sift first 6 ingredients set aside. Blend oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a
time, to oil and sugar mixture. Beat well after each addition. Add pumpkin and
chocolate chips, mix well. Blend in dry ingredients. Pour into greased and
floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
