This is my Grandma's recipe. I get requests for this cake at least
once a week! Remember to add the ingredients in order or this cake is
a disaster. Hope you all love it.
Black Joe
2c flour
2c sugar
3/4c cocoa (sifted well)
2tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
1/2tsp salt
2 LARGE eggs
1c espresso (strong coffee works fine)
1/2 c veggie oil
1c milk
Add all in order. Bake @ 350* for about 15 -20 minutes (be sure to
check the cake at the 15 minute mark) Makes one reg. or two rounds.
I don't have exact measurements for the PeanutButter Frosting... But
I know I use 1 jar of PB and add 10x sugar and milk to taste.
