Chocolate Frosting

1 cup mini morsels
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
2 1/2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Over hot (not boiling) water, melt remaining 1 cup mini morsels. 
Transfer to small mixer bowl. Add butter, confectioners' sugar, milk 
and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy. Goes good on cupcakes.
