BANANA NUT CAKE

Make something SPECIAL out of a store bought cake mix!


Prepare a two layer yellow cake mix, omitting the water and adding 1
additional egg, 2/3 cup mashed ripe banana, 2/3 cup buttermilk, and 1/4
tsp. ground nutmeg.  Fold in 1/2 cup toasted chopped walnuts.  Bake in a
13x9x2-inch baking pan, per cake mix directions.  Cool  Frost with a can
of cream cheese frosting.  Top with tiny semisweet chocolate pieces. 
Store in refrigerator.
