Please help, I am looking for a recipe for cherry coffee cake from Finland or Denmark, I think......It is like a nice light pound cake that has bottled tart cherries (not marachino cherries)
It is just plain but just delicious...... I have had it in a coffee shop in Markham Village....T & T bakery and a lady at work used to bring it for parties. There is no filling just the nice pound cake like cake and bottled drained cherries. Thanking you inadvance for any help I might get in finding this recipe.
