Here is our family favorite... it is really good and I get tons of 
compliments for it!!

RUUUUMMMM Cake

1 C chopped pecans

1 pkg yellow cake mix

1 3 oz instant vanilla pudding

4 eggs

 C cold water

 C Oil

 C Rum (I used Bacardi Dark, and I used about  cup)

Â

Grease and Flour bundt pan â sprinkle nuts on bottom. Heat oven to 325

Mix together all other ingredients and pour into pan. Bake for 1 hour.

Glaze:

 lb Butter

 C Water

1 C Sugar

 C Rum (I used Bacardi Dark, and about  cup)

Â

Cool cake for a few minutes and then invert onto serving plate. Prick top 
and sides of cake with fork or toothpick.

Drizzle glaze over top of cake and sides (I do it a little bit at a time over 
about 30 minutes). Allow cake to absorb glaze. Repeat drizzle until all 
glaze is used up.

(I like to do this cake the night before I serve it â it will absorb all the 
glaze that is in the bottom of the plate and make it even better!).
