Create a route for it:

Router::connect(
        '/manage/experiences/',
        array('controller' => 'experiences', 'action' => 'index', 'manage' 
=>true)
);

$html->link('Experience', array('controller' => 'experiences',
'action' => 'index', 'manage' =>true));
