After I submit the add meda file form without selecting a file I am
printing out $this->data, I end up with the following result:

(
[MediaFile] => Array
(
[uploaded_file] => Array
(
[name] =>
[type] =>
[tmp_name] =>
[error] => 4
[size] => 0
)
)
)
If I select a file I end up with the same array structure and each of
the fields are populated properly.
My MediaFile table schema is:
CREATE TABLE `media_files` (
`id` int(11) NOT NULL auto_increment,
`name` varchar(100) NOT NULL,
`type` varchar(30) NOT NULL,
`size` int(11) NOT NULL,
`content` mediumblob NOT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY (`id`)
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1 AUTO_INCREMENT=4 ;
I know that uploaded_file is not part of the media_files table but I
am still stuck.
