Hi psykro,

I'm not sure if something like what I created would be of interest to
anyone but....

Back in January I created a version for myself so I could read it on
my SonyReader. It is in the EPUB format so you will need a reader than
can view these files such as Adobe Digital Editions. This was only an
experiment and this version is now quite old, plus there are a number
of flaws. If there is demand I can run out an updated version.

You can download the file from here;
http://www.epubbooks.com/blog/booktest/cakephp-cookbook-2009-01-17.epub

Adobe Digital Editions, along with a list of other reading software
can be found on my blog;

I emailed one of the core developers asking if it would be okay to
distribute this, there was no reply so I'm taking that as, there are
no objections.

Mike
