Try typing just cake.
I use a Mac now, but as I remember (and also from looking at what's in
the console folder) there is a cake.bat file that runs cake.php. you
could also try something like:
c:\somePath> php cake.php bake
Sorry to be a bit vague, but I have reutilised the part of my brain
that did Windows.
