Oh sorry, I misread your initial post. From what I can see you're
trying to include client1.php (just a sample script), when really you
should just include the library directly...
You've got the correct code
(App::import('Vendor','nusoap',array('file'=>'nusoap/lib/nusoap.php'))
so just use the class within cakephp.
