The other option is to use http://book.cakephp.org/complete/3/the-manual to see the whole thing.
I think this is a good opportunity to express the need of a downloadable version of the manual (or at least add the table of contents to the above link so it's easier to navigate). Not being a cake expert yet the docs are my lifeline and any disruption in the access to them seriously impacts my productivity. My apologies for the rant.
