I just googled this.
My page looks like this, although the database is connected properly
so there is no issue with that.
Also, if anyone else is reading this for help, I put the following in
my cake .htaccess file:
RewriteEngine on
RewriteBase /cake/
and that seems to have fixed the excessive paths problem. I hope
that's right.
