It's nice to add var $scaffold to get scaffolding in areas that are
missing anything. Is it possible to generate the actual scaffold code
when you have a partially built controller already? There is an index
view that I would like to modify just slightly from what the scaffold
displays, but I don't really want to write all the code manually.
