@Chris I tried reporting to trac, but I got a 403 forbidden error when I tried to create a new ticket (at https://trac.cakephp.org/newticket). I realize now that I need to be registered (I just scanned the page and looked for the report a bug button and clicked), and I will report bugs through the proper channels in the future, because I totally get where you are coming from.
