Your problem is that you are asking a bad question. You give no
context, your question showed no effort and really you asked nothing.
How are we supposed to even know where to start to help you. Do you
know basic HTML? no way to know.

Try asking a question like...

I am looking for help creating a navigation menu on all pages of my
site that indicates the active page. I don't see any obvious section
in the manual for anything like a NavigationHelper and have tried to
search the api and manual to no avail.

I searched google ( like try
http://www.google.com/search?q=cakephp%20navigation ) and the early
links din't really help me because what I need to do is....

see the difference, I don't mean to be an a-hole but you really got
back what you demonstrated. Its kind of like if I called up a
mechanic (or CarTalk) and said "My car won't start, how can I fix it?"
mmm no information how do you start. Do you really want to make a
bunch of grumpy sleep deprived people play 20 questions? I doubt it.
You don't have the time and neither do we.

Want more information then you can handle

Good luck,
