That's not a very Cake'ish way to do this. It seems like /cake/config/
paths.php should first check to see if all those paths are defined,
and if not, then define them. Kinda like it does in /app/webroot/
index.php.
Is this possible? If not, I guess I'd like to add it as a feature /
enhancement.
