Hello, I am using postgres as a database which supports transactions. Is there any update on how I can use transactions in cakephp? Somewhere i have seen the following piece of code:
1- $this->model->begin(); 2- $result = $this->model->save(); 3- $sql = 'some query'; 4- $this->model->execute( $sql ); 5 -$this->model->commit(); Does this actually work? Are 2 and 4 atomic?
