Have you followed ALL the instructions on the web site for installing
CakePHP?  Sounds to me like you have an issue with you .htaccess file,
but I could be wrong.

Follow ALL the instructions, and if it's still not working get back to
us.  We do like to help people, but the instructions are usually
enough to get things up and running.
