I have also tried: 

 App::build(array(
     'plugins' => array('Facebook', 'Recaptcha'),
 )); 
and I don't think its reading Plugins,... when I add , 'Facebook.Facebook', 
'Recaptcha.Recaptcha' into var $helpers = array( 
the site is stop working,...
