I guess I question what you would like this data set for. Looking at this from a large scale of the United States I know there are a number of city names that are duplicated across multiple states. Now I don't know if this is the same across the rest of the world but you may need to rethink what you are looking to implement. You may need to set up your relational table from countries to states/province to cities.
