Don't use sudo. Try:
# cd in your app dir
cd /home/max/akk/app
# run cake with the full path, or relative like ../cake/console/cake
/home/max/akk/cake/console/cake bake
Probably you will need to reset permission
sudo chown max.max -r /home/max/akk
