I'm upgrading CakePHP to 2.0 and one of my application use Firebird. Unfortunately, I found that Firebird driver in Datasources does not work with 2.0 yet.
https://github.com/cakephp/datasources/tree/2.0 lists Firebird as incompatible with 2.0. And 2.0 branch last update is 14 September 2011. Guess I have to stick with 1.3 for this app. Joke.
