i think that's what we're thinking. The issue is that since the URL is linear, you will have to do things like verify against a list of controllers that you're not interfering with their namespace. That would be the advantage at getting it at the level of the Dispatcher (I would think) since you don't have a controller by the name. Similar to a try ... catch statement.
