Hi. After installing the PPA, one of the packages mentions Gnome, so I
am thinking using a Ubuntu Mate Desktop Environment, instead of Gnome,
is the reason CD will not run for me?

I would love to get CD working because I had about five different looks;
I still have them in Home.
