Hi, could you please run the dock with "cairo-dock -l debug > log.txt", reproduce the problem, and post the content of log.txt here ?
Also, do you have gvfsd running ("ps -ef|grep gvfsd") ? On XFCE, the applet can be compiled to use gvfs or thunar, however I don't know if your build supports both. On Mint Cinnamon, I believe it's a Gnome desktop, but it's worth checking if gvfsd is running. Finally, does "xdg-open trash://" works ? Thank you.
