thank you for reporting this.
However we don't maintain the Ubuntu packages

According to 'apt show':
Maintainer: Ubuntu Developers <ubuntu-devel-disc...@lists.ubuntu.com>
Original-Maintainer: Debian Cairo-dock Maintainers 
<team+pkg-cairo-dock-de...@tracker.debian.org>

However it seems that the dock-plug-ins-data is no more a thing, plug-
ins seem to have been split and gathered under a meta-package. So maybe
it's no more an issue.
