I'm a bit surprised because commit 0bfa50a5f024ffeadb2e446507e3ed5dc19e6626 should have fixed that, I believe. Can anyone confirm/infirm please ?

When I middle click on gnome-terminal (for example, other apps are same), two new window of gnome-terminal is launched instead of one ( the correct behavior). I think it is a regression from previous version. The debug output (cairo-dock -l debug) is attached, I middle clicked gnome-terminal launcher in the end of the debug logging.
