clicking icon goes to wrong desktop

Bug description:
When I have an application visible on all desktops (running pop_os!
64-bit 20.04: gnome 3.36, cairo-dock 3.4.1) I end up on the desktop
where I originally launched the application, rather than staying on
the current desktop.
