If one right-clicks an icon in the dock, and then selects the 'Cairo-
Dock' submenu, one can read this: 'Lock icon's position'. Yet, what is
really being offered - I am fairly sure - is the locking of *icons'*
positions, i.e. the positions of *all* the icons.
I thought that perhaps to fix this problem I show go to the Cairo-Dock
translations page, but upon visiting it I received a 'timeout' error.
Problem applies to: Cairo-Dock 3.4.1 and 3.4.99alpha1.
