Thank you for these screenshots. When you have this bug and then you move the pointer (mouse) to this dock and then move it out of this dock, do you still have this bug?
Do you also have this bug if you select the previous option: "Скрыть панель когда она перекроет текущее окно." (or "Прятать панель, если она перекроет любое окно")? Do you always have this bug with Opera?
