Greetings, I was in Brazil when they won. It was instant bedlam, celebration and revelry, much greater than Carnival! Most businesses closed and the people went out into the streets to party. Driving the wrong way if you could find a passable street, flags waving, car horns and cheering, drunkenness to an extent, debauchery and "minor" groping of females who did not seem to mind too much. My moral turpidity appreciated this debauchery. However, it was all peaceful and no danger. A happy time for a 16 year old!
