Amateur Radio License class January 2025 is a GO.

There will be a class in Glenshire
It would take 4 or 5 Saturdays at 6 hours a day .

We will cover the base level license (Technician License) and give the test.
Class Material includes how to make SIMPLE antennas and demonstrations of radio 
operations.
We will also introduce some material for the 2nd level license (General 
License).

The class is open to ALL.
No upper or lower age limits.
You do not need to be a Glenshire resident.
Scouts are welcome too!

Where: Glenshire Community Building 8900 AbbeyDale Dr. Houston, Texas 77031
When: Starting Jan 11, 2025 and finishing Feb 8, 2025.
Time:  9 a.m. To 3p.m.
Cost:  class is $45 per person.  This fee includes $30 for the books and $15 to 
cover pizza for lunch each day.
The license test fee is separate:  $15

Preregistration is preferred so we can get enough books.  Last minute walk-ins 
will be accepted if we have room (and the room is limited to 30 people).
