I made spreader plates for my DX Commander clone out of PLA and they've been outside for several years and are holding up fine.

Especially here in Texas where it can get severe heat or worse yet very quick changes in temperature. Especially anything contained in a car would break very easily. (Mostly from layers) PETG is very sturdy outdoors but still gets a bit soft if it is for instance right under the windshield in a car, but it survives if it is printed with 100% infill. TPU is usually fine, it get a bit softer than normal under windshield but does not melt and in my experience it survives the cold just fine. I'd add more but I'm down with covid so hope this helps!
