Julio,

If you're anywhere near Missouri City, you may be able to hit the repeater that
many of us use.

Downlink: 146.94000
Uplink: 146.34000
Offset: -0.600 MHz
Uplink Tone: 167.9
Downlink Tone: 167.9 (optional; turning this on can help reduce interference
by other repeaters in Austin, etc., on the same frequency when there's a good
amount of ducting - when the VHF signals travel further than usual)

There are tons of videos on YouTube that show how to program a repeater into
the FT60R, so you should be able to find guidance pretty quickly. If not, feel
free to ask for help on the reflector; I'm sure several of our members have
that radio...

Thanks!
