i read a comment about jpg qsl cards being emailed not being accepted by
"award" programs,

is there some actual value in an award? I am not a badges kind of person
so I will never seek an award, if I happen to get one then I would not
likely even print it off, for me a JPG QSL card has the maximum value it
could have, and i would print it out and put it on the wall.
If i had a 100 DX QSL cards on my wall it would mean more to me than a
certificate from ARRL stating the same thing.
i understand different strokes, just asking if I am missing anything about
the award systems.
