[BVARC] VARA group buy

Attention Winlink users. I've been trying to put together a group buy 
for the VARA modem add-on license key.  Normally the license is $69, but 
if I can get at least 10 people together we can get the license key for 
$55 each.  I still need 5 people to commit before I can place the
