Greetings, since no one has responded I will put my $0.02 in. Please
forgive me.

I have a Grundig Sattelit 750 myself. Unfortunately, I found out that it
is nothing Grundig, it is made by Eton (the red cross radios), they merely
purchased the Grundig name. The other issue is that although it runs on 6
Volts, it utilizes positive ground which makes vehicle operation (negative
ground) rather iffy.

Locating spare parts may be difficult if they are for the control portion
of the radio. The audio output may be easier to source parts for.

What are the symptoms that it has? Is it "dead", bad audio or something
else?

I may just take mine apart to see what is inside. LMK...
