-- The largest Ham Radio event in the Houston area, The Greater Houston Ham
Fest, is over and done for 2020. Here's hoping you made it out and got to
enjoy the festivities, bought some new gear, saw a few friends and learned
new things.
Speaking of learning; at our meeting this Thursday night, Jeff, W5JEF, will
present an interesting and informative talk about the Raspberry Pi micro
computer. Computers are playing a big part in Ham Radio these days so
learning about them and what they can do to increase the fun level of our
favorite hobby is something we should all do.
-- *TODO this week:* Continue to monitor and track the GHHF launched
"floater" balloons.
