I’m still waiting for mine. I remind all that have not received it by this Monday to ask ARRL (on Monday) to resend it (in accordance with previous communiques). ARRL will then send it by first class mail on Tuesday.
Also I remind you to not vote twice (with the original ballot and the replacement). The ballots are kept in a lockbox by independent attorneys (or similar technique) and there apparently is a way for them to know if anyone voted twice and both ballots will be disqualified.
