BVARC is organizing ham-oriented project build sessions. The idea is to
schedule time to spend on the hobby, and get together with other people
to share knowledge, skills, and equipment. These won’t usually be formal
kit build sessions, just some time to get together and work on your
projects.

The first session is April 6, and we'll cover all types of soldering,
with a few types of sample boards and wires.

Bring your own project, or plan on practicing soldering techniques with
the parts we'll have on hand.

Also bring your project ideas. You can get 4"x4" circuit boards made and
shipped for $20 total at JLCPCB.com, delivered in about a week (plus
parts costs, of course). I can help with the PCB layout and design.

We’ll have simple kits available at each session, so you can show up
without anything and still be able to build something. Or you can bring
tools and parts to work on any project you want. We’ll have the club’s
soldering supplies at the sessions. And if you need some tools or test
equipment, we can try to find a club member who can bring them.
