I watched the launch and the repeater was working for a guy standing next
to me at the release, but then I walked to my truck to head home and I
could hear calls on the input but nothing on the out put.  It seemed like
there was a last minute fix to one of the antennas.  Maybe the receive or
transmit antenna came loose.  Looks like it made a splash landing in East
Galveston Bay, so we may never know.
