To all who made the kind suggestions and offers of assistance - Thank you. After watching a couple of Youtube videos, I got some starter fluid and removed the air cleaner. I sprayed a couple of squirts into the carb. It took off on the first pull. I bought a gallon of fresh gas the other day and had that in the tank. I also replaced the air filter for good measure as I had a spare in the garage.
