For echo-link operation, it would be necessary to have the appropriate DTMF code for access, and the permission of Net Control. Since net control would be Mr. Jo Keener, KE7NSB- I would suggest a visit to www.bvarc.org and a look at the membership list for his contact information- followed by a personal e-mail and telephone call with that question. If the normal repeater sub-audible tone is disabled, the echo-link access from another machine may also be disabled...
