We've got a big problem. Our power is out, the problem is between the meter and
the house, most likely in the safety switch box. We can beat on it and the
lights will flicker, but won't stay on. Bigger problem. To say we are broke
is an understatement. There is absolutely no way we can pay. Does any one know
of someone who would be willing to help?
