Force 12 8-el 10 meter monobander. $200. 2. Another Force 12 8-el 10 meter monobander. $200. Both currently mounted on my tower and in use, SWR on each is less than 1.2 at 28.450. Highly effective from 28.100-28.600. (1 fixed NE, the other rotatable) 3. Force 12 DXer, 15 and 20 meters interlaced on single boom, currently out of tune, but were working FB last time I used them about 2 years ago. Could be baluns or loose connections. It appears to be in good mechanical condition. Also currently mounted on my tower. $200. I will be removing these antennas this weekend. 4. The tower is available. It the Karl Tasjian (from Tri-Ex) motorized 4 section 72 footer, installed in 2002. The motor worked fine 2 days ago when I extended it to full height, and yesterday while I retracted the tower, but started making smoke during retraction. I am going to take the motor to an electric motor shop to be rebuilt and working properly before disposing of it. Any buyer would need to be able to lay it over onto a trailer and drive off with it. If I don't sell it, the property buyer will be happy to have it, but I think that is mostly an accommodation to me. I have routinely kept the tower fully retracted when not in use or for casual operating, and have extended it only for contests, then retracted after. Once I have the motor rebuilt, I am guessing the whole package might be worth $3,000 and I will help the buyer lower it on to a trailer. 5. Ameritron AL-572B Amplifier, almost new. Non-smoking environment, bought 2012. Not used enough to justify its purchase. (Sigh!) 2 days ago, it put out 1,000 watts CW on both 10 and 40, with reduced drive power, about 60W. With full drive power, 12 or 1300W out on a Kenwood SWR/Wattmeter. I have not abused it with over-driving it, even in contests. Carefully boxed in original shipping box, with tubes removed, position labelled, and protective wrapped. $1,100. I have a picture on my i-phone from 2 days ago of the tower and antennas fully extended, and can text the picture. All items are located about 20 miles west of Kerrville. I cannot drive off with the tower, but all the other items I can meet a buyer between Kerrville and Houston, driving through either Austin or San Antonio for delivery. Will someone please forward this on to the TXDX Society, and any other forums in the Texas area for wider dissemination? Thanks. Rusty, NA5TR 210-862-5478
