I don't consider AES to be a small local business.

it was probably the good idea to close the doors that they should have thought 
of a few years ago. I always support local small businesses if they offer 
excellent service and competitive pricing but it's probably hard to compete 
with the "big box guys" ........sad

This is the first radio store (in Milwaukee on Fond du Lac Ave. ) I walked into 
with my dad, when he was looking for a newfangled SSB rig, in 1966.
